We’ll begin with an energising full body mat Pilates session on the open pitch, set against the morning light and fresh air. Expect a challenging yet full body session, designed to strengthen, lengthen, and ground you.
After class, we’ll slow down together with post-workout smoothies and time to connect with other women who value wellness, softness, and community.
